This is an 14 week baseball training program of two 90 minute sessions per week for approximately 38 hours of training, most all of which will occur at the City Baseball Facility located at 2901 W. Commodore Way. The program will begin the first week of November and end late February.
Thursdays, 430 to 6pm
Saturdays, 240 to 420pm
This program is intended to provide players not currently rostered on a City Baseball team the opportunity to play and train indoors through winter months at City Baseball's indoor baseball facility.
City Baseball's practice player program is designed by Wes Long, City Baseball President and Director of Coaching and Instruction. The workouts will be a blend of individual skill development training (offense, defense, baserunning), and game simulation.
City Baseball is a youth baseball club located in Seattle, WA. The Mission of City Baseball is to develop young baseball players.
City Baseball offers four fundamental resources; 1) professional instruction, 2) competitive teams, 3) year-round training with exclusive use of our 14,000 sq ft indoor facility , and 4) the Club's College Placement Program which has demonstrated unparalleled results.
City Baseball forms competitive teams each year from ages 8 to 18. Teams are formed through tryouts and Coaching Staff recommendations.
City Baseball teams compete in the Seattle Elite League and in the Washington Elite Baseball League. City Baseball teams compete in tournament play throughout the NW and every year City teams compete in regional and national events in Las Vegas, NV, San Diego, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Steamboat Springs CO, and Cooperstown, NY.
